LugRadio Live UK 2008
LugRadio Live UK 2008 is over. If you were there then we thank you immensely for coming along and being part of it, you're the reasons why we hold the event in the first place. We had a blast and we hope you did too.
Though we announced a few weeks before the event that LugRadio Live UK 2008 would be the last episode of LugRadio, it was decided at the event itself that it would not be the last LugRadio Live, so we look forward to seeing you next year for LugRadio Live UK 2009!
We hope you will be willing to come back next year for another weekend of hangovers, bad bodily odour and terrible hair styles. More than anything we just hope you had a great time.
Videos of the talks are gradually becoming available over on the Schedule page.
19th-20th July 2008

LugRadio Live UK 2008 is an event that has developed a strong reputation for providing a range of topics about free software, Open Source, digital rights, technology and more, a compelling list of speakers, exhibitors and birds of a feather sessions, and wrapping it all in a unique, fun, loose, social and inclusive event, which is often described as combining the atmosphere of a rock concert and a computer conference.
LugRadio Live UK 2008 brings 30 speakers, over 20 exhibitors, an eclectic range of BOF sessions, a LAN gaming rig and plenty of additional sessions such as our debate discussion panel, a showcase of five minute talks, tech demos, and of course a live recording of LugRadio in front of an audience.
You can do your bit to add people to that audience by doing one of the following:
