Booking LugRadio For Your Event
With the continued growth and popularity of LugRadio, the team have been increasingly asked to give live performances of a recording at different events such as conferences and user groups. With the light hearted, humorous nature of LugRadio, a live performance is an ideal candidate for evening entertainment for a technical conference or other event.
A live show of LugRadio shares many of the same characteristics of the regular recordings, but with the addition of a live audience, the show becomes even more dynamic, amusing and engaging. This page is here to explain what is involved in booking the LUGRadio team for live performances.
What Is Involved In Booking?
Unlike many other evening entertainment acts, the LugRadio team do not charge for a live performance, but do exercise discretion of which events they choose to perform at. Although there is no charge for a performance, all expenses necessary for travel and to attend the event are required. This includes any travel, hotel and per-diem costs for each of the four presenters.
When the team perform at an event, they will provide all recording equipment, and deal with all editing, releases and mirroring of the show. The event organiser will need to provide the venue, audience and PA and any additional resources. The event organiser is also expected to provide sufficient promotion and marketing of the performance.
